Posted on 11 November 2002 at 07:00:27 We should come up with some plan for guild rankings soon. I just made a post on the BSC site. They were asking for our head trader and I told them that I was in that role ATM but that we were in the planning process. But I'd like to know what to call myself.

Posted on 11 November 2002 at 07:13:40 To comment Rath's post (you should copy it to this folder), I think we should at least have a trade dept. and a fighter dept. maybe even an explorer dept. This will be the most efficient way to organize guild trades, hunting and mining events. I think we should keep this as the primary division. Then we can discuss race specific divisions.

Posted on 25 November 2002 at 02:53:43 Okay being an ex-BSC member, infact ex-BSC officer and head of their Commerce division I can give you an accurate break down of the BSC structure to give you some ideas.
3 sections :- Royal Commerce Service - Traders section, responsible for keeping the guild in equipment etc Royal Security Service - Warriors section, responsible for covering miners and helping to level other members in combat. Royal Exploration Service - Miners, responsible for supplying the crafters with materials for building
Each of the 3 sections had 1 section head and 4 Sergeants, these were the more experienced players in each field who were there to help the others along and to organise group events for their respective sections to keep the XP/materials flowing.
