Reverse engineering - Relics

So reverse engineering is going to be big on getting T3 related Blueprints ..

Alot are just placeholders, but it appears that each subsystem will have its own relic alt that you have to find ...

I think you can only do that in experimentaly labs .. since they have Reverse Engineering slots ..

"Experimental Laboratories are used for reverse engineering of ancient technology. "
