Posted on 20 December 2007 at 14:58:31 I'm seriously looking at picking this game up and playing until Warhammer. I currently play WoW and have 2 70's a rogue, and a pally. I was wondering if anyone on the forums switched from WoW and hasn't gone back. The one reason I play WoW is because of the pvp in the game, it takes some twitch reaction and is VERY fast if compared to other mmo's on the market. If anyone could also explain if the PvP is as fast as WoW's. I would also ask for a trial key but, my last pc parts are in transit and are supposed to be here on the 24th. Thank you in advance.

PVP right now is CLAN VS CLAN ..
If you have 2 small clans going against each other .. it will be hard to find people ...
theres alot of varibles ... but yah .. once you do get into a fight .. its really tactical if its big groups and fast paced since it has a FPS type of aiming / attacking ..

Posted on 22 December 2007 at 02:55:20 I switched from Wow - but then again I played wow for over 3 yrs, and I just got far too burned out on it. I have zero desire to ever return. I love TR right now b/c it's faster paced, less drama, and much less stress over "loot" than there was in WoW. Plus, the sci-fi theme is a welcomed change from WoW-land. I too was gonig to play warhammer, but right now that's not even appealing to me. All Warhammer is - is a souped up WoW. I think I'm done with that whole "scene". I MAY try Conan when it comes out - but until then - I'm lovin' TR.
