Posted on 28 November 2007 at 01:08:42 A nice addition to PVP would be to add POWs.
When the PVP player is taken down the person who gains the Kill, does the most damage or last damage (however it works). Can pick up the body and return to a point in the zone (major base). This doesnt stop the dead player from respawning but for a period of time that player can not engage in PVP, they are unflaged.
Naturally if an Allied player managed to take down the captor of the POW before they get to the drop off point, or they get to the body first before its captured then the dead player can resume their PVP by respawning again if they choose.
To encourage the capture of players you would offer bonus points for PVP kills if they POW the players.
