Right people..... have had this in disscussion for a while now and we need to make some final arrangments....
The question of the guild rankings needs to be answered!!! 
this is the idea i put to magi and he liked....... we need your opinion!!!
Leader >> Magi
Right hand man >> Karwen
Left hand man >> Jeandar
Race Jenquai leader >> RatherX
Race Projen Leader >> Magi
Race Terran Leader >> Stravatrade
Jenquai Defender Leader >> Duez
Jenquai Explorer Leader >> (needs filling!)
Projen Warrior Leader >> Magi (maybe another chap?)
Projen Sentinal Leader >> (needs filling!)
Terran Enforcer Leader >> ErisBlack
Terran Trader Leader >> Tradesmanfour
then 3-5 members under them and we need to keep them justified and equal!!!  please leave feedback if this is a little to complex

We can also try a Much simpler way of this....
We have 3 departments
Defense
Economic
Serchers
each has a leader and specific Class restrictions
for instance.... a PW cannot be a sercher and a JE can not be a defense member etc
another one for the books have a think
