Posted on 08 November 2002 at 10:21:00 a. TT – Shield Charging - can temporarily raise a player or friendly target’s shield capacity, regeneration rate, and damage resistances b. TW - Biorepression – works on organic mobs only and can lower an enemy’s rate of fire, suppress abilituy to use skills, and shut down use of a weapon for a limited duration. c. PW – Shield Sap - drains a portion of an enemy’s shields. At higher level transfers some of the drained shield to player’s group. d. PE – Repulsor Field - absorbs and repels a portion of damage that has been inflicted on a player. Basically a damage shield. e. JW – Energy Leech - drains a portion of enemy energy. At higher levels, transfers some of that energy to player or group. f. JE – Shield Leech - ability to drain a portion of enemy shields. At higher levels, converts shield to energy and transfers to player or group)
