T3 Ships / subsystem Config Tool

New web tool has been created for tech 3 ships!

The tool provides users with subsystem lists that are selectable to choose each component in the modular t3 ships design. Once you select each part and press the view button on the bottom it will generate a full page on all the stats & bonuses.
