Description  These vile tablets greatly augment necromantic sorcery. Ice Strike & Deathly Blizzard trigger the Freeze effect. Pestilential Blast and Blasphemous Ruin trigger a Gangrenous Touch effect. The amount of life returned when Life Leech is cast is greatly increased, and does not consume the Shackled Heart buff. Attacks against the caster have a chance of applying a healing effect on the necromancer. Grants additional cold and unholy magic damage to the necromancer's party and significantly increases the recast time for Deathly Blizzard and Blasphemous Ruin
