Palace Shocker
Tragedy struck the palace today as mother and son take their own lives.
Prince Haemon was found dead this afternoon apparently killed with his own
sword. He was found lying at the feet of condemned and wood be bride Antigone
who had earlier today taken her own life. sources close to the royal family
speculate that Haemon committed suicide over grief for his fallen bride to
be. Haemon, rumor has it had been fighting with his farther
King Creon about the sentencing and damnation of Antigone. She of course was sentenced to be
stoned walled in a prison for one until death for disobeying the Kings proclamation in regard to the burial of Polynices. Haemon had tried
desperately to get his farther to reconsider Antigones fate.
Who after all had only done what most anyone would have done in baring her dead brothers
body. As it turns out King Creons stubbornness not only ended in the death of
his son but also his wife Queen Eurydice. Sometime later this afternoon after
hearing of her sons suicide Queen Eurydice stabbed herself to death with a
dagger. Her death was the second blow to the royal family in one day. Sources
on the inside told us that she cursed her husband King Creon with her last
breath for killing her son. King Creon was not available for comment and has
not been seen since the incident.
