Posted on 16 October 2003 at 18:36:14 The RD and SA merge was a complete failar sanipa one of RD's leaders quit RD and so did 32 degrees and everyone else from SA now RD has only about 13 members but i now know what i was doing wronge all along i had this idea that more people and better people means better clan. I have now found out that it is the players loyalty and and trust which makes a clan. I was wasting my time listening to what people were saying about RD like it sucked and i wasnted to change their view and i have now found out that they will be saying that no matter what cause they just ass's it don't matter what they think if they think RD sucks cause our members arn't ass's than thats fine because loyalty and trust is only thing that make a clan thats what RD members have lots of. I have also noticed that i wasn't being fair i was only paying attention to members who were super good when i should have been paying attention to everyone so i guess it is part my fault for negleting people but i will not do that any more
